A noted estate planning attorney, Jennifer will present a step-by-step framework approach for examining estate administration issues and estate planning, including:

2. Goal Setting: Examine and plan the road ahead with goalposts. What is the goal?
3. Take Aways: Important take-away information to use in your own planning to avoid unintentional consequences.
